Installation and Commissioning Services

CMP has a proven ability to execute projects competitively across Canada, the United States, and internationally. Our installation crews are specifically trained as specialists in the installation of stainless steel equipment for the food processing industry. CMP typically take full responsibility from design to installation and commissioning of our equipment at our client's plant. We routinely install equipment from other leading manufacturers as part of our installation scope. We ensure that all transitions from the front end of the plant through to packaging are smooth and eliminate product damage.

Our installation crew is ASME, CSA, and CWB certified. In addition, we hold pressure welding certificates in several provinces.

One of our guiding missions is to "never leave site until we have exceeded the expectations of our customers”.

Some of the installation services we provide include:

  • Demolition and removal of existing platforms, catwalks, conveyors, and process equipment for relocation and replacement.
  • Installation of CMP food processing equipment including conveyors, tanks, hoppers, catwalks, stairways, and other equipment
  • Installation of other manufacturer's specialty equipment
  • Ensuring all transitions through the process line are smooth and eliminate product damage
  • Start up and commissioning services to ensure the food processing equipment and systems meet customer specification
  • Training of operations people in the proper use of our food processing systems to ensure the customer obtains maximum efficiency benefits and return on investment
