Dip Tank Chiller and Freezer – Brine or Fresh Water

CMP manufactures several styles of dip tank chillers with either bottom belts or topping lift belts depending on the product and whether fresh water or brine are used as a cooling medium. Special designs include chillers for poultry giblets, packaged pork products downstream of Cryovac machines, and frozen whole Turkey dip freezers. The width and length of the chiller can be changed to meet a wide range of production rates with sizes up to 7’ wide and 60’ long typical. Floor space can be conserved by integrating a falling film chiller mounted above the dip tank or side tank with refrigeration coils and circulation system. For ease of cleaning the conveyor can be constructed so that it is easily lifted out of the cooker for cleaning and sanitation.
