CMP manufactures a trough chiller for giblets, heart, gizzards, feet, liver, and necks for today’s modern poultry plant. Available in several size they feature a dewatering feed conveyor, central rotating paddle to ensure uniform chilling, and a dewater incline belt at the discharge. The units are indirect cooled by cycling chilled glycol through a dimple jacket in a closed system.
