SAPP and Ingredients Dosing System

CMP manufactures a SAPP and Ingredients dosing system for today’s modern French fry plant. Two systems are available and specifically designed for hash brown potato patty lines or for French Fry lines. The system for potato patties feature a spray system for diced potato in an incline SAPP auger complete with mix tank and full CIP wash down. The system for French fries features dip tanks with dewater belts ensuring full contact of the French fry after blanching for the specific retention time required.
