The CMP line of vibratory scalper decks have been designed to remove foreign material from the product steam as part of a cleaning line. Typical applications include removing undersized IQF vegetables from packaging line, removal of sticks and leaves from fruit, and the separation of shellfish meat from shell after the cooking process. Our vibratory scalping decks deliver reliable long-lasting service. The vibratory force that is used is based on a free oscillating single-mass system with unbalanced motors.
