CMP manufactures a Whole Crab Washer to remove foreign material from the surface of the crab. This unit features a conveyor and high-pressure nozzles to accomplish this operation. The crab is loaded onto a conveyor and travels through the machine where rows of high pressure nozzles spray the product. The product is then flipped over onto another conveyor where is passes through another set of high pressure sprayers. This ensures that both sides of the crab are free of foreign material.
