Paul has 36 years experience in the custom manufacturing industry. His in-depth knowledge of operations is due to a combination of leadership positions held in his family’s custom fabrication business including Supervisor, General Manager and President along with training and studies related to Best Manufacturing Practises, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement. His corporate passion is continuous improvement in all areas of the business.
Paul received a machinist certification from NBCC, then continued his studies at Atlantic Business College and the University of New Brunswick with courses in financial accounting. Paul also holds a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from the Schulich School of Business York University and the global credential of Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
