Trevor is a people and results-driven sales and engineering executive with a 30 year track record in applying engineered products and services to solve critical business needs of clients. McGill Engineering graduate with a passion for solution selling, developing trusting relationships with clients, leadership of people, strategic business planning, and customer service excellence.

Trevor lead the technical sales team at CMP from 2011 to 2017 before taking on an ownership role in 2017 with Paul LeBlanc and Daniel Tolensky. Prior to CMP he took on roles with increasing responsibility over 22 years at Norpac Controls in Vancouver, BC (an Emmerson Process Management local business partner). As Vice President, lead the company through unprecedented change to the business based on a downturn from a declining pulp and paper industrial market. Earned “50 Best Managed Companies in Canada” status for 3 consecutive years 2006-2008. Member of Virtus Executive Exchange and Mentorship Program 2005-2008 and member of Sales Effectiveness Leadership Team for Emerson LBP’s 2006 to 2009.
